Shadow Hills Baptist Church Men’s Ministry is dedicated to creating opportunities for men to develop vital friendships, establish them in their faith and equip them for service at home, church and the world.
Building Men of…¨ CHARACTER - Character evidences itself in ethical soundness, moral excellence, absence of hypocrisy and a willingness to keep promises. ¨ IDENTITY - Men possessing genuine heart whose value and identity are in Christ not in what they do but who they are becoming. ¨ INFLUENCE - A man of influence sees the future and is eager to get involved. One who is willing to train for ministry, leave his comfort zone and give back to his church.
Special EventsMen's Night OutShadow Hills men and guests meet the second Tuesday of each month for regular fellowship and celebration. This regular monthly time together creates a place for new men in the church to connect with other men, serves as a springboard to get involved in personal spiritual growth, serves as a hub for men’s ministry activities and establishes a place where the vision of the Men’s Ministry can constantly be shared and discussed. A fellowship meal is served at 6:30 pm. Tickets ($5.00) for this meal can be purchased at the Information Center on Saturday PM and Sunday AM or just call the church office and we will hold a ticket for you. The evening meeting begins at 7:00 pm and concludes at 8:00 pm. Some men are unable to attend the fellowship meal but show up in time for the evening meeting. Men's Prayer BreakfastEvery month the men's ministry gathers for a morning of prayer and fellowship on the third Saturday of the month. Pastor’s CastersA men's group open to every man. Fly fishing is the subject of the group, but our purpose centers on building relationships through supportive fellowship and sound biblical encouragement. Many men who attend our group meetings have never fished before and others are very skilled. The skilled help and encourage the beginners while we all enjoy the rich fellowship and sound Biblical encouragement.
