Ahoy…Watch yer step matey…as ye walk the plank!

In Matthew 6:19-21, Jesus says, “Where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.” (NIV) This pretty much sums it up, doesn’t it? Whatever we value the most, will define what our desires, actions, and even our ultimate outcomes.

In short, you might say that we will eventually become what we set our hearts toward. With this core idea in mind, we’ll be exploring Jesus’ teaching in greater detail this summer. And with this mission in mind...to set our hearts on heavenly treasure...we’ll be further exploring the core teachings of our God and Savior, Jesus the Christ.

So get ready mateys, as we set sail for the high seas this summer! We’ll be searchin’ for what some might be consider “Fools Gold,” but we know is the greatest of all treasures. Come with us to Thousand Pines  Summer Camp and join this grand adventure in 2012. We’ll be on the hunt for “Pyrite”...the quest for Long Beard’s Treasure! For information call Sharon at 880-7811.
